    They say observing silence is good once a while. It helps in self descipline and control. A man who can hold his tongue is great! There could be a reason of faith or logic behind it. But, even an attempt like this makes him a great man! uh, the thought of it already suffocating me.

    yagnesh, for phd in oceanography, do your msc and thesis well and contact professors you are interested to work with. such details are given at oceanographers.net. you can also find several opportunities there.
